 |  Dear Scott,First and most importantly I am overwhelmed with the results of your work; my watch looks new. For the reader who is wondering, "can I trust this guy?" This is the second service performed by this team of experts. I received my Air King in 1982 as a gift; to me, it is priceless. I had worn it virtually every day in all conditions, it had 2 basic services prior to 2015 when it finally stopped. An internet search and phone conversation with Jeff gave me enough confidence to try him out the first time. It was a major overhaul and he did a great job which earned my trust. In the interim, I used a local provider for a basic service and wasn't over pleased with the experience. When my watch began to lose time again, I immediately reached out to the Rolex Doctor and spoke to Scott. I was saddened to hear Jeff had passed, but enjoyed chatting with Scott, getting to know him a little better and happy to hear business is good. This service turned into a bigger job as I had prematurely worn some interior bits due to wearing my watch for an activity it was never designed to do. I teach defensive handgun skills and subjected my Air King to absorbing thousands of recoil impulses from discharging a handgun...not smart. With that being said, I also had Scott replace the original crystal during this overhaul. As I stated, my watch looks new. The attention to the exterior finish detail is simply amazing. Scott: I have no idea how you removed all the scratches and dings while maintaining such an even, high polish/matte finish on the bezel, case and bracelet.  | My 1949 Rolex Oyster Royal took a real hit when I fell, leaving the movement a rattling mess to say nothing of the crystal and hands. Two other watchmakers would have nothing to do with it given it's age. Scott was sure he could repair it and took it on. Three weeks later he returned it looking beautiful and working precisely. Upon opening the package, Scott had Stacy call me to report it as a bad replica.  | I purchased a Rolex Submariner (two tone blue dial) in Georgetown, Grand Cayman in 2008 on a cruise. I was having some problems with date setting- it just didn't seem right. Knowing I was way overdue on an overhaul and cleaning, I started to search out reliable Rolex repair technicians and that is how I contacted Scott Harris. From our first conversation, I knew Scott was the person I preferred to deal with. He made it so easy from start to finish. Scott sent the shipping label and he had already placed adaquate insurance for shipping- something I really hadn't considered. Once Scott received the watches, he called me right away after diagnosing them to discuss repairs and costs.I say watches since I had sent my Oris needing a special pin for the band along with the Rolex. Scott made the special pin and fixed the Oris for free and charged for parts and labor for the Rolex. The cost for the Rolex with parts was the same as I had been quoted by others for just overhaul w/o parts. The next I heard from Scott was he had completed the Rolex and Oris and would be testing for a few days. The day he shipped the watches, he called once again to let me know to be available personally to accept the delivery two days later. The whole experience was a pleasure and I'm glad that I picked Scott. I am in the final stages of deciding on the purchase of a Tag or Omega to replace my daily worn Oris and will look to Scott Harris for advice and purchase. I really can't say enough good about Scott as he is definitely a professional and very concerned for his customers. I passed his information to a local jeweler here and he will forward Scott all high end watches needing repair. Great experience overall!!!. | My 25+ year-old Rolex DateJust watch finally quit working. I contacted Scott and he immediately helped me get the watch sent to him. I just got the watch back and it is perfect! He not only got everything working again, he cleaned and polished it so that it looks like new again. I am thrilled and will always thank Scott for his great work.  | On the recommendation of my brother, I sent Scott my 1986 Rolex Datejust that was well overdue for service. It had stopped running and, as I wear it daily, was showing some wear and tear. Scott called me as soon as he received it, gave me a rundown of the service need, and quoted a most reasonable price. I got the watch back Friday and am elated. It looks brand new and runs perfectly. I cannot recommend him highly enough. | I would like to say how happy I am with this service. Last year I had two 1980's watches repaired with the Rolex Doctor. The results were great! However, one watch started running slow after several months. I called the good doctor and he said send it back and he would fix. Good to his word I got the watch back in a few weeks and it is great again. These people are great and do what they say. I highly recommend the Rolex Doctor. | Scott Harris overhauled and repaired a Rolex that had not been serviced for over 15 years. It has been worn every day of those years but had recently begun to need winding every day, even then it was still inaccurate, plus the winder would no longer stay screwed in.  | I found the Rolex Doctor on the web looking for an option to fix my 22 year old Rolex Submariner. I was initially drawn to the Rolex Doctor for the sheer number of references that he had on his site and the amount of time that the references went from. He had tons of people just like me who had found him on the web and through great experience had put a reference on the site. I decide to inquire so I sent my info in via email to the web site. Within an hour, I received a call from Jeffrey to begin discussions (this was already very impressive as it was 9PM in Florida). I am in California so it was 6PM here. We spoke about my watch and the issues. From the get go I could tell that he had many years of experience with the Rolex line and had worked on many watches of the same type, age and issues. Also, the quick nature that I received a call showed me that he is on the ball and cares about customer service. I had sent out 2 request to other Rolex watch repair stores and I have still not received a call back. In addition, I did reach out to Rolex and they quoted me a ridiculous price without even seeing the watch. Jeff gave me an estimate over the phone on our initial call and mentioned other potential costs that may come up once he received the watch and opened it up. The next day, I had an email with shipping label from Jeffrey and I sent the watch off. On the day that the watch landed, I received an email from UPS showing that it had been delivered and within an hour, I got a call from Jeffrey stating that he opened the watch and he discussed the issues and the repairs/costs to get it done. Once we agreed on the fix and price he let me know that it would take approx 4-6 weeks and he would call me when it is ready. Not sure if this is an exception but 2 ½ weeks later I got a text with a picture of my watch (8PM PST/11PS EST) so he must be a guy who never stops working. The text said that the watch was done and to take a look at the picture to see how it looked. I called Jeffrey the next day. We went through the repairs and he let me know all of the things that had been repaired and replaced. 2 Days later the watch showed up. UPS delivered as expected as Jeffrey had sent me the tracking info. The watch looks Brand new!!!!!! Also when I called to Thank him for a job well done, he gave me a short lesson on proper ways to set and change settings on the watch so it would not get damaged in the future (things that I did not know). All in all, this was a 10 and I would do it again and also would recommend any of my friends to the Rolex Doctor!!! I overhauled it at a Hyde Park Jewelers a little over 2 years ago,and without going into detail they did a terrible job to the point I needed to get it repaired only 2 years after it was serviced. I checked everywhere to find a Rolex watch repair expert. I travel for business and was in my hotel room in Orlando FL looking online for someone to repair my watch. Jeffrey gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone, so I decided to drive over 250 miles to his store from Orlando to show him my watch in person. It recently started to lose a little time. So, I decided to locate a Rolex Repair Facility. I was fortunate enough to locate Jeffrey through his Internet Web Site. Our first conversation went something like this, Me: "I have a Rolex GMT Master Pepsi Watch that is losing time, can you repair it?", Jeffrey asks: "Has your watch ever been serviced?"  | I had purchased this watch about three years ago internationally and it never ran properly. I sent it back to the seller, it still wasn't working after they supposedly fixed it. I sent it to somebody here in Northern New England and they only managed to have it completely stop running after a few months. Then I discovered The Rolex Doctor. I called Jeffrey and he arranged the insured shipping label (I paid for the shipping and insurance) and I sent it down to Boca. After a few days he called and explained the amount of work needed to bring this 40+ year old Oyster Perpetual Datejust back to life. He said that it would take 3-4 weeks, mostly because of the amount of work required. It wasn't cheap, there were a few additional expenses along the way (this watch had never been maintained properly) but within two weeks it was back and looking and running like it was brand new! I waited a week (curious to see how well it would keep time) and it's been humming. I would recommend Jeffrey without hesitation. We have several Rolexes in the family and from now on, they are going to Boca when they need maintenance or repair. This man knows Rolex, and I'm sure every other brand of timepiece he works on.  | Superior Care! My wife and I own two thirty year old rolexes. We both had our watches serviced by a local jeweler two years ago. This jeweler claimed to be a Rolex repair expert. This summer my wife's rolex stopped working completely. I searched the web and found Jeffrey Harris the Rolex Doctor. He was very knowldegeble and polite when I spoke with him. I shipped my wife's watch to Jeffrey Harris and within two hours of him receiving Lisa's watch he called me and informed me that Lisa's watch needed a complete overhaul. Jeffrey told me that the previous so called expert had neglected to clean and replace the damaged parts and that was the reason it completely stopped working only two years after being serviced by our local jeweler. We received Lisa's Rolex back in under four weeks and we were pleasantly surprised that it looked like it did when we purchased it thirty years ago. After three weeks with her "new" Rolex, I wanted my thirty year old Rolex to look and work like new as well. I decided to ship my watch to Jeffrey Harris as well, and in less than four weeks my Rolex was returned in excellent like "new" condition. It actually looked like new (see the photo). The Rolex Doctor was a pleasure to deal with. We are both so glad that Jeffrey Harris was able to overhaul both of our Rolexes at an extremely reasonable price. I had no hope of the watch ever being worn again and had resigned myself into it being just a keepsake, not an heirloom. Upon relocating to Florida and being a "nut" for fine watches, I sought high and low to find a great watchman, to service my collection of Rolex and other fine watches.

Smiling; we exchanged some information. Over a 10 minute chat he began to tell me about his watch business and the services he offered. As it turned out it was probably the best 10 minute sales job turned success ever, for him and for me. Now I have what I consider to be the best watchmaker looking after all my fine watches, and he has me telling the world how great he is at what he does.
Jeffrey and his staff have serviced jewelry and watches for my family for 15 years now. He has become known as one of South Florida’s finest jewelers and watch enthusiasts. And with his new website, he is making his services available around the country.
